Fuzhou Fish Ball 頂級福州魚丸

Country of Origin: Japan, Kagoshima Weight: Approximately 1.1 - 1.4kg, 5 - 7 pieces Do note that the price has increased for this batch of Hamachi Collar as they come in slightly bigger pack this time round, as compared to the previous 4pc/bag. This portion has long been seen as the most prized cut for its rich and succulent flavour. Best grilled, pan-fried or broiled. The texture is tender and fine, definitely a treat. Item can be slightly thawed upon receiving to be portioned accordingly before being stored in the freezer for up to 2 months. Once fully thawed, do consume within the same day. As the collar may contain some sharp edges, do note that they may poke through the vacuum bags some times but that does not affect the quality of safety of the product. There may also be some scales left on the collars.

Hamachi Kama (Yellowtail Collar)

Country of Origin: Malaysia Weight: Approximately 500g From the renowned Ah Sheng Lok Lok (阿勝乐乐) comes the fuss-free and delicious ready-to-eat clams soup. It can be quite spicy but for those who enjoy a nice warm kick, this soup is perfect for you! It is definitely one of our favourites to slurp down on a chilly and rainy day. Ingredients: Clams, Ginger, Garlic, Soy Sauce, MSG, Oil, Cooking Wine, Salt, Sugar, Millet Pepper Storage: To be kept frozen. There is no need to thaw the product before cooking. Empty contents into a bowl and place it directly into the microwave for around 5 - 7 minutes. Alternatively, you can also steam the contents for 20 - 25 minutes. Please note that the box of this product is quite fragile and brittle when frozen so on our end, we will further vacuum-seal this product in a plastic bag so that even if the box has any slight breakage during delivery, there will be no contamination of the products or any loss of soup due to leakage. Will recommend to transfer the contents to a bowl or pot when heating up!

Clams Soup 上汤啦啦

Country of Origin: Indonesia Weight: 200 - 300g This is a sashimi-grade item. The belly portion makes for the creamist and richest part of the fish, making it perfect for slicing into sashimi, cubed for chirashi or just pan-fried! With a mildly sweet flavor and a moist, meaty texture with moderately high fat content, it is a versatile fish that tastes amazing however you prepare it. Please note that the colour of swordfish pieces will depend on the diet that particular fish had. The colour may range from white to pink to orange. It is not a defect and has no particular taste difference, just a slight colour variation! For thawing, remove the fish from the packaging and place it on an absorbent material such as kitchen towels and thaw the piece in the chiller for 3 - 4 hours. Please note that this item also does not come sliced.

Cod 鳕鱼

Country of Origin: Japan Size M / L Approximately 1kg (roughly 8 - 15 pieces per packet, but do note number of pieces may vary from the range stated as the size of oysters will be dependant on the harvest/catch to make up 1kg per packet. Please only purchase if comfortable.) The sizing will vary slightly depending on harvest and season. Sashimi-grade Also known as "milk of the sea" - once you've tried it, you'll know why it got this name! These plump and creamy oysters are flash frozen imported from Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, to maintain the freshness of the oyster for raw consumption. These oysters have been flash frozen while alive to maintain their freshness, and taste as good as (and even better than some) live ones! Apart from being eaten raw, they can also be grilled, baked or fried! Serving instructions: - Rinse & thaw the oysters under running water for approximately 5 - 8 mins to remove any remaining particles and debris from the external shells. - Submerge the oysters in ice water for approximately 5 minutes to enhance the texture and flavour. Do note that this step is done when the oysters are NOT shucked. - Drain the water away and use any regular knife (no special oyster knives needed!) to gentle shuck open the oysters. - Serve and enjoy! The texture of a grouper is firm with large flakes that easily break apart. A stand-out feature of its flesh is the high levels of moisture. For a mild-tasting fish, it has very high levels of oil, which offers a pleasant buttery mouthfeel. If cooked well, the flesh will simply melt in the mouth! Of course, with a fish as fres as this, you can just slice it and use it for fish soup! Similar to its cousin the King Mackerel (batang), this fish tastes very mild in flavor. The meat is quite firm, and flakes off into small chunks when cooked. Please note that weight range provided is before any descaling, de-gutting and cleaning of the fish. If you request for any cutting for the fish, all parts (such as the head) will also be returned back to you in the delivery. Country of Origin: Indonesia (Balai) Fillet (250g - 300g) Wild-Caught Also known to some as "Ngor Her", threadfin is a popular choice for both young and old as it contains an array of vitamins and is high in Omega 3. It is also high in protein, calcium and phosphorus, which help to strengthen the bone and teeth. The meat is very fine and it is usually used to make fish porridge for babies.
